Author Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Please read and follow the instructions before submitting the abstract for the conference.
- The first page should specify the full title of the research paper, name, and designation of the researcher as well as work/academic affiliation, correspondence email, and contact number.
- Only papers related to the themes of the conference can be considered.
- The paper should contain original research, and it should not be the one already published elsewhere or presented in a conference or a seminar.
- The abstract of the manuscript should not be more than 250 words.
- The abstract of the manuscript should start with the aim of the research, research design, sample, tools/instruments used in research, and major findings of the research.
- Keywords for the manuscript should be 6-8 at least.
- The formatting of the manuscript should be according to APA publication manual 7th edition (2019). Page layout = A4, Page Margins = 1cm, Line Spacing = double.

General Guidelines for Poster Content Research
TITLE:
AUTHOR(S) and INSTITUTION
BACKGROUND: – Briefly summarize the necessary background (with any relevant citations) that led to this work, clearly identify the purpose or specific aims of the present experiment, and identify the questions asked or hypothesis(es) tested.
METHODS: – Employed to do the work, including number and necessary demographics of the human or animal subjects studied. Also include the statistical method(s) used to analyze/summarize the data.
RESULTS: – May be effectively presented by Table, Figure, Illustration and/or photograph. – Make each stand on its own, so the viewer does not have to refer elsewhere on the display to understand the important message(s).
-Please keep tables and figures simple and uncluttered, and utilize an interpretive legend where appropriate.
-Captions / legends should be no smaller than 18-point font.
CONCLUSIONS: Briefly, what are the vital “bottom lines” of your work? What are recommendations for further research and key clinical takeaways?
The following sections can be in a smaller font; consider utilizing no smaller than 18-point
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: identify funding source(s), institutional support, individuals who have contributed significantly but who are not listed as authors, etc.

- The poster should have dimensions of 36″ x 48″.
The background color should be light, and the font color is preferably black. - Divide the poster into columns (3-5 across, depending on poster size)
- Use headings to identify sections.
- Avoid long stretches of text.
- Break up text with pictures, tables, figures, etc. For visual appeal and to save space, use graphics instead of text to illustrate points.
- Blank space should make up at least 35% of your poster.

Posters to be presented in the competition are expected to be artistic (involving drawings, painting, pasting images, other techniques, etc.)
